"I found Sandy while looking for support for brain health. I was in a state of feeling a lot of overwhelm.

My own experience with Sandy's Energy work in a few sessions. One of my takeaways was, she gave me peace, calming with loved ones who passed away several years ago, which I didn't really know I needed to have. These realizations have helped me more than I thought they would. The sessions have also opened up more of my inner knowledge of the spiritual energy that is in and around me. It has helped me when I am willing to ask for help with questions or blockages, when I am open to it. The sessions have helped clear energy blocks in my physical body as well.
I would say connect with Sandy, have an energy session or two with her and see what changes can happen with you. There is more peace and wisdom in us than we know and Sandy is definitely a person who can help with this and help in your overall health.
